UK mainland delivery is £4.50 or FREE on orders over £150
Our standard delivery rate is £4.50 to UK mainland postcodes.
For parts/upgrades/add-ons, we use the Royal Mail Signed For service.
For larger items, such as trucks and trailer kits and high value orders we use either UPS Next Day Delivery service or ParcelForce (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays).
Delivery on orders over £150 is free to UK mainland postcodes.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their postal address is the same as the address provided in Paypal.
Buyers are responsible for all import duties and tax for items shipped outside the UK. Please request a postage quote by email. Customers should be aware that any delay to usual postage times due to weather conditions, or internal issues with post/courier companies is not the responsibility of Truescaletrucks.

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from product being received by the customer. Please always contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the contact form below. Refunds will only be issued for items returned in the original packaging and in saleable condition; the final decision on this will be taken by TruescaleTrucks and only if agreed re-saleable, will a refund be issued. In the unlikely event the product you have purchased is faulty, you have 14 days from receiving the product to inform us; we will ask you to return the faulty item for testing and if found to be a factory fault we will arrange a replacement or refund including postage costs. There is no delivery charge on eGift Vouchers. eGift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or returned under the Truescaletrucks 14 Day Returns Policy and cannot be sold or re-tendered. This will not affect your statutory rights.
